In these holy nights, we are often told to pray intensely for all our worldly needs. But what we sometimes forget is to be truly thankful to Allah (swt). The reality is, we owe absolutely everything to Allah (swt), His Mercy, His perfect design of the universe and His intricate creation of each and every one of us. We have so much to thank Allah (swt) for, some of His favours are too great for us to comprehend, and some we may have forgotten with time. We have to thank Allah (swt) and praise Him all day and all night, especially in these holy nights.
Being thankful to Allah (swt) is at the core of our faith, and it is what solidifies our position as nothing but humble servants of our Creator.
Alhamdulillah now and forever, for everything He has given us and for everything He hasn’t given us, and for the favours we can comprehend as well as those we will never comprehend. And we pray Allah (swt) blesses us with the ability to thank Him always, although our thanks will never be enough in comparison to the praise He deserves
